Rhodes not happy with Jets (Yahoo! Sports)

You'd think safety Kerry Rhodes would be absolutely ecstatic to no longer be part of the New York Jets...

Wizards Team Report (Yahoo! Sports)

The Washington Wizards have already said that they don't know how much of a player they will be in the free agent market, despite having cleared a number of huge salaries at the trade deadline. This means that the Wizards might very well field the same starting frontcourt—Al Thornton, Andray Blatche and JaVale McGee—that they've run out in recent days. The problem here is age. With a collective average age of just 23, all of the Wizards' present frontcourt players expected to come off the bench this season when it began. Their immaturity was evident for the first time this season earlier in the week when the Wizards blew a big lead in the fourth quarter at Boston.

Raptors Team Report (Yahoo! Sports)

As they continue their final extended road trip of the season—four games through the Western Conference—the Raptors are headed to a place that's been Death Valley for them. As long as the franchise has been in existence, Sacramento's Arco Arena, where the Raptors face the Kings on Wednesday night, has provided no solace to Toronto. It used to be a daunting place for them because of the talent of the Kings and the intimidating nature of the crowd that's right on top of the court. And with Toronto being a somewhat soft team mentally, it should be interesting to see how they handle things this time around. The Kings are hardly world-beaters and they don't draw the same kind of enthusiastic crowd they used to. If the Raptors want to be remotely...

Spurs Team Report (Yahoo! Sports)

Welcome to life without Tony Parker. It's not as if the Spurs haven't had to do it before, but now it's different. Now, San Antonio knows he isn't coming back in a few games. The Spurs went to Cleveland looking for a season-high-tying fifth consecutive victory. But even with LeBron James and Shaquille O'Neal wearing suits on the bench, San Antonio fell short despite a season-high 38 points from Manu Ginobili. Cleveland had been 0-9 since 2007-08 without James. "We had a great opportunity. Not many teams can come here and win," Ginobili said. "We blew a big one." If the Spurs expect to hold onto a playoff spot or not go down in the first round for a second consecutive season, the effort will have to start on defense, uncharacteristically a problem all season....

Celtics Team Report (Yahoo! Sports)

After being pinned to the bench in his first game at the Garden, Michael Finley is hoping to make his home debut when the Celtics host Memphis Wednesday. But the 37-year-old said he has no concrete expectations for how and how much he will be used. "Coach was very honest with me, which I respect that he doesn't know how he is going to use me," Finley said of Doc Rivers. "I have to respect that. I am coming to a situation, where the team is already established. They have put in (plenty) of games, so for me to come in and try to establish a role... (it) would be crazy for me to even think that. "But coach has put me in a situation at ease—just when my situation comes just go out there and play hard and do what I can to help the team be a better one.
